I believe it is a changeling. It needs a better scan?

The original color is the color on the right, the left side shows color change due to one of many reasons after the stamp was printed.

Could the 2c Washington be a printing anomaly? The left stamp on the pair of 537s shown seems to be an inking anomaly rather than a changeling, although I guess it could be a changeling. The color difference is a bit more pronounced that the scan shows.
