1916 Censored Cover From Chicago To Amsterdam

I purchased this cover recently. Apart from that it's a censored cover I liked it foremost because of the complete contents.
There were 3 documents/letters inside.

Apparently one of 5 siblings who lived in Chicago had passed away and there was a small issue with the inheritence that needed approval (or not) by the remaining 3 brothers & 1 sister. 1 brother lived in Germany, the other 3 resided in Amsterdam.

I have added the letter from the Attorney at Law in this post. Besides that there is another letter in English and a handwritten letter in German.

I am posting this primarily to share, but perhaps someone can provide me with some information of this 814 censor?
