Is there a known population for used 38 or 39 pairs? Mint?

You can get this info from SAN(Stamp Auction Network) extended features. I only see 3 used pairs sold in 20 years. 2015 was the last time it sold and it was a top and bottom together, not side to side. Looks like a small population indeed. Good Luck.
