The Screwdriver plot thickens.

The screwdriver arrived in a homemade envelop made from 2 layers thick paper.
After the seller told me that the envelop shown in the tread was indeed his envelop, mailed without screwdriver, I decided to cut the envelop open on all sides.
Guess what I found in between 2 layers

Showing this envelop to the seller he got all exited and ask me to cut it open. and yes, what was inside, my missing item

The stamp is not listed in Barefoot and its from 1975, the tail end of the Vietnam war era.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SCREWDRIVER???????

It is starting to look as if perhaps Customs or the PO opened the envelope along with other packages at the same time and "screwed up" putting things back together.

That's what they want you to believe! Have you checked for all the microchips imbedded in the screwdriver?
