wert: It is the number of each different stamp in the same pane of 25 stamps. In total, # 1405 (7,200,000) has 600,000 less stamps than 1404 (7,800,000). The catalogue says that they both have 7,600,000 stamps each.
Scott 1404-1407 are all from sheet stamps with Harrison paper while Scott 1404-1407 from the souvenir sheet Scott 1407a are all only from Coated papers but they have no separate individual designation.
Scott 1407a (Coated) is not equal to the sum of Scott 1404-1407 (Harrison).
What's interesting is that Unitrade 756i which is untagged only comes from the Scott 756a souvenir sheet while Scott 756 which is tagged comes from the sheet stamp only.
Since Unitrade 756i from Scott 756a from the souvenir sheet is different than Scott 756 from the sheet, it has been given a separate individual designation.
Looks like the individual stamps from 1407a souvenir sheet are finally being individually listed as 1407aii, 1407aiii, 1407aiv, 1407av in the following:
