I'm doing some research of the provenance of some blocks from the 1869 issue. I have found most of the owners but can't seem to identify ex. Howard. Here is an example on the 114 plate block. But there are more. https://stampauctionnetwork.com/V/V...Audno=SEARCH
Lot: 2430

Anyone help identify an auction catalog or bio?

Thanks

Thanks, this is a good reference I hadn't come across before.
