A few years ago I found an image of the flaw at D13,a striking break in the back of the numeral '4' that eventually arcs over to the middle of the 'D'.
I had a look through the copies of this stamp I have and created this page.
Eventually I will check for further copies of D15 to include the development of that flaw too.
