The first edition, from 1997 was 82 pages. This second edition is a whopping 340 pages, with the following new items:

• references to relevant articles published in specific society journals (RPSC, BNAPS, ESG)
• auction realizations of significant errors
• colour images (where available, nearly 100%)
• new valuation system
