Some collectors collect the topic parasols or umbrellas. Japanese collectors perhaps. The parasols are works of art themselves at times. Like the fans too I think.

Is that Mr Gibbons himself? Wow. I suppose if one wants the best deals on stamps one should seem part of the culture and not apart from it?

of course in vulcan we dont have money otherwise I would have been rich thats why I came here.
