The cancel atop this Ecuadorean stamp reads: "SAQ. MORENO"
There are various places in Ecuador with Moreno in their names, but I haven't been able to ID what the "Saq." in this cancel is an abbreviation
for. Tried Googling. Can anyone explain this abbreviation? Maybe the whole thing is the name of a specific post office?
