Cannot Send Combined Invoices E Bay

I have not been able to send invoices on ebay since March for combined orders. I always get an error message to try again.
I called them at least 20 times and they are always working on the issue !! I can't be rocket science to fix this issue. They told me July then August and now September to get it fixed. Thank God these people aren't working on any military program or we all would be in big trouble. I don't understand the delay in this "modern technical savvy age " we live in !!

There are multiple entry points into ebay for combining lots on an invoice. The only one that seems to work reliably is to just click "send invoice" on one lot when none of them are paid for. I did this today and it worked fine. It automatically combined the lots for me. The "combine orders" methods has always been buggy.

One hint I use when there are multiple lots that cannot be combined is that you can still use a single mailing label. Just use it for one lot and you can copy/paste the tracking number on the other lots in the package. The buyer will be notified that all the lots have been shipped.

ebay is very very slow at fixing bugs. There's one on printing mailing labels that requires a workaround that I've been using for months. One day they may fix it - but there is no way to report a bug and actually have it tracked.

I had a similar issue with leaving feedback. It failed many times.Each time I phoned they said its a known issue on a few accounts and they would put me on the account list to have it repaired.

It did not seem to change for a long time. .

Do they have a troublemakers list if you phone to complain too many times?

They seem to charge high fees for a poor customer service, and do little maintenance of the software but they have become so big with almost a monopoly on online auctions that they think they can get away with anything. We need more online auction competition so as they have to improve.

We just sent our weekly Invoices with combined shipping where appropriate. We've been doing this every week for years with no issues.

We go to the Seller Hub, choose orders "Awaiting Payment" and the sales are all combined and waiting for us to send the Invoices. Do you perhaps have some Preference chosen that precludes combining items?
