Can anyone tell me if these stamps are unusual.
I not the "OS" is much higher than regular

Opinion.
Not unusual.
Small OS punctures appear to hover around the top of the puncture, near "POSTAGE" yours do not appear to diverge much from that.

Nothing mentioned in ACSC that I can see.

Prices are the same as for unpunctured stamps.

6d Blue Kangaroo and map, Die ll, small OS, (OS = On Service)

Colour:? undecided, one is perhaps greyish blue.

Postmark : PADDINGTON NSW


Check your Wmk and its orientation.
