Hi everyone,

I inherited a collection of mostly Egyptian stamps (along with a few middle eastern and worldwide ones). Not sure what to expect in terms of value but would like to get your thoughts. I have been reading some of the previous posts and I realize that the vast majority of collected stamps are not rare. But I appreciate everyone's willingness to help and provide their experience!

I was able to identify some of these on stampworld.com and a few of the pre-1950 ones seem to range between $5-$100.

I can provide close-ups of any specific ones if needed but here is the entire collection in what I think is decent resolution.

Thanks!

Small point of order: expect to buy or sell stamps at 25-33% of catalog value, if you know what you have. If looking for a quick sale, you're looking at 5-20%. For example, https://www.drbobstamps.com/stamps-for-sale.php

Looks a reasonable collection, but it could do with remounting onto better pages especially if it is to be kept for the long term.

Mcolgate, don't see a lot there in terms of value. There are some Cinderellas or revenues (or maybe proofs?) in the middle of your photos that I can't identify though and might be worth looking in to. Nice start to a collection if that is your intent.
