Letter From Bucharest Romania 1869

I've just joined this forum, I'm a stamp dealer from Australia and just sharing some interesting items from a recent purchase and trying to find out a bit more information about them as well.

This is a letter sent in Romania back in 1869. I've no idea as to value however it's certainly an interesting piece. If anyone has any information I'd be interested and if by a big chance anyone can translate the letter that would be fascinating.

1862, rather than 1869, I think.

It could sell for several hundred euros..

The letter is written in Greek, not Romanian.
Having a difficult time reading it as it is written in Katharevusa and the cursive is not helping.
In any event the letter was written in Bucharest 8 October 1862
