Stephen: you remember correctly. The tabs read "Do not deliver on Sunday" in French and Dutch. Hence, attached would tell the post office not to deliver on Sunday.

Is this a better Washington hole punch vs. What I posted yesterday? Referring to the one with both sides punched.The one with just one side isn't valuable (this is a differentone side that was posted yesterday) right?

These are 'private perforations' and aid separating the stamps. Both sides get the same perforation but it may not be on every stamp due to removal while being dispensed.

Type 2 pair? I only saw what a single is worth in Scott. Considering it is a pair, but also has a cancel how would you guys value this?
