The Norphil Blog mentions a rumour these will be the first stamps with QR-code (the blog mentions barcodes, but shows a QR-code) readily available to the public.

Thanks for that NSK I hadn't seen that until just now. The folks at Norvic have better sources than I do so I will just wait for the issues and see what we get.
