Just been looking at my high value national park stamps #934 - #937 and all of them have differences in placement of the black print on top of the stamp picture. I assume there is some tolerance in placement.
I attach a picture of one as an example..ie #937

Note that ALL of the black is shifted. When the top shifts so does Canada and the denomination because the black is all printed at once.

This is common on a lot of Canada stamps Rfw125

I grew up near Point Pelee National Park. Southernmost point in the country. When I get home tonight I will scan a photo of me standing there as a young lad. It's lonely at the bottom...
