wkusau: I've been a member of that sites for several years, never noticed this particular paper from April 2015 before. Interesting piece about finding a cover that predates the cover previously used to establish EDU, by two days: 1/29/1989 instead of 1/31/1989. Also discusses a Post Master's note as evidence supporting a change in the first date of sale: 1/25/1989 in stead of 1/17/1898.
