Hereunder is a picture of a 477p showing what seems to be a WCB tagging. Acccording the the 2020 Unitrade Catalogue, this stamp shoud be tagged W2B. Is this an error or simply a tagging shift?

Major, do you know for sure this is tagging?

Robert has steered you correctly. It is a 477p with tagging No. T1
W2ac - Winnipeg tag 8mm bar at centre. The two full tag bars are shifted centre forming an 8mm bar. This tagging is migratory and shows up with a glow after the U V light is turned off.

Thank!

Now I understand that it is a W2aC, which means that it is a shifted 8mm bar at center. Nice stamp to keep.
