I have a stamp that I can't findy anywhere... I have also tried to ask in Danish forums but they dont know either....

This is a Danish 4 øre.

But the stamp is not stuck on the letter, it's like printet on it..

Not a free-standing stamp.

Postal stationery.

Likely cut from an envelope or aerogram.

I think it's a cut-out from a wrapper

Yes, postal stationery wrapper - here's a similar one (image taken from Delcampe).

Michel catalogs 4 different varieties of this stationery wrapper (Mi #S2), depending on size of the "4" and the size of the wrapper itself. It appears that yours is a fragment, which Michel does not value in its Ganzsachen-Katalog Europa West .

That's how you know it's not a stamp.
