Where Have All The Manila Stock Pages Gone?

What is/are the reason(s) for the manila stock page shortage now? Seems this has happened before but stocks were plentiful...until...I decided to try to finally sort used worldwide on them by country and need dozens.

There was another thread on this forum not long ago. One can still buy plenty of them. Search this forum and you will find the thread

The problems with these pages are:

1) They hide the bottom half of the stamps

2) Tey do not hold the stamps well (especially f they have been used before) and if you drop then the stamps go everywhere.
