Hi all – If I'm searching for meter postage applied by post offices (at the counter), is there a specific term for it?

How do I distinguish it from meter postage applied by private meters leased by mailers? Those would be the meters made by Pitney Bowes, Hasler, Neopost, Data-Pac, etc.

And how is it distinguished from Computer-vended Postage? When I think of CVP, I think kiosk or vending machine. Is post office counter meter postage supposed to be CVP?

Thanks.

I think that they're called "postage labels" in the UK, where the Machin head design is used.
