Need Help/Opinion Of French Ceres/Napoleon Imperf Stamps, Got Privat Offer From Friend To Buy These!

Hello guys! I need your opinion.

I asked a friend if he had any old french stamps for sale, before putting them out publicly on ebay. He showed me the stamps in the 4 images, 2 of the stamps front and 2 on the stamps back. Some are decent.

I offered him £30 but he said he wanted £38 for all of them.
I suspect that they would go even higher if he instead put it out on auction, they usually sell pretty easy and seem popular.

What do you guys think, is it a good buy? Is his price fair?

I'll leave the Bordeaux issues for someone with more expertise than me (I have none), but from the first picture, the 1c, 5c and 80c would justify the £38 asking price, if of course they are genuine.

I ended up bying them all for £38 this evening.

On the first picture the Napoleon 10 c "REPUB FRANCE" is the only one that I'm 100% sure of is a forgery, it hasn't got the letter "b" under the head neck either.

I have a lot of a few earlier French issues on ebay at the moment. "Usual mixed condition" as they say -
