Hello there I purchased over 40 items from a seller at delcampe and it's been 20 days and he doesn't even reply to my messages or anything I wanted to open a dispute but wanted to know if there is any way to open a dispute for the whole transaction of the items? or do I have to open a single dispute for every single item separately and repeat everything over and over?
I would suggest to open a dispute using one of the item numbers in the order. And then include a note that the dispute covers all 40 items in the order, along with the other details (no communication, etc.). Delcampe support should be able to take your dispute from there, no need to open individual disputes I would think.
