This stamp looks to be North Korean (National People's Republic of Korea. I have a full sheet and would appreciate any help with it's identity. I can't find it in Scott Catalog.
I mis-read the denomination symbol on the lower right. As I look at it more carefully it is same as South Korean stamps. Symbol is similar for North Korea but as I am not fluent at all in Korean language I'll chalk this up as furthering my education at 56 years old.
