Hi Rod. Those are some great stamps. Not sure if you already learned the answer or not, but the clover on the TB stamp is the logo of the NKS, the Norwegian Women's Public Health Association.

More info is here on the wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norwe..._Association

Best,
Eric

No Sir!
Thanks Eric,
as someone recently retorted, "SCF there is always somebody who knows the answer"

Thanks a bunch, did not expect a response.

Hi Rod.
Your revenue stamp is not related to freemasonry
The four symbols (caduceus, anchor, ear, compass) refer to four major norwegian activities, according to Frederick A.Brofos

Industry is is then vayolene.
Sounds so much more relevant.
Shall add to my Iconography database.

Top marks for research.
The ear of corn was obscured by the Pmk, I thought it may have been a flower.

Your lovely examples are the later "Arms"
The shield shape changes from "square" to "Norman" or "Heater"

That's all I came up with
Thank you both, solved.

Under extreme magnification, I could see the gold print
den norske sjom... etc.
(Never seen gold print on a stamp look successful)

I have kept a screen grab of Jill's ref.

Both Postmarks would suggest usage in Europe.

If 'follows the merchant navy' doesn't make sense, combine it with upper right corner 'Sjømansmisjonen'. Then it reads: Sailor mission follows the merchant navy (or fleet)'. They set their base (church) in the ports where Norwegian ships call in.

The slogan postmark appears to say:

JULEPOST
BØR
...LEVERES INN
I GOD TID

I think it is something like: Mail Christmas mail early
