The first was in a packet of Colombia, but doesn't seem Colombian.  The other is not included in stamp world site, and included as Cinderellas in the other site.  |

As far as I recall, the "stamp" from Haiti is not a stamp at all. It has been produced privately and has no connection to the postal service of Haiti. It belongs to a large set with many beautiful bird pictures with multiple face values of each. I have many of them. |

Nuc, there's no one definition to it. In general, any postage stamp-like item that is not a regular postage stamp. |

I would quibble with any definition which includes revenue stamps among Cinderellas. The money obtained from revenue stamps typically goes to the issuing national, state, or local government agency in exchange for a fee or service. |

For us, it is what is included in what is studied, catalogued, shown and discussed within the group. Also, it can be separation on a personal basis, I like the distinction of "Semi Postal stamps" others decry it. |
