You won't ever find it in Scott, that catalog isn't remotely comprehensive enough. You have to use POFIS or Michel catalogs. This is from 1918, Mi LR110 or POF RV110, I believe. It's a Czechoslovak revolutionary overprint on an (imperial) Austrian 30h (Mi P52).
I accidently discovered this thread, and I'm not so sure, if this stamp is a fake. Take a look at the picture. It seems to be photographed with a mobile phone using a software filter - just like a face "optimizing" beauty app. So it maybe could be genuine, a scan would definitely be helpful ...
