Anyone Have Issues With Orders With Castlerock Stamps (Latin America Specialists)?

Hi all

I placed an order with Castlerock Stamps for a copy of Follansbee's Mexico Catalogue 2015 edition back in mid-November 2021. After a delay from hearing from them, they finally confirmed shipping my order in early December. No tracking number was provided.

As of yesterday 13 January I have still not received my catalogue. Now, I know they have business bases in Mexico, so I am wondering if they shipped the book to me from Mexico. Unfortunately a request for more information on how my book was shipped has not been answered, after placing it towards the end of December.

Anyone have experiences good/bad with Castlerock?
