Anybody have insight into what this really is? Is it a trade show example? Why is the back side upside down? When you flip it over, side ways, it is up side down. Any value?

My guess is that this was a Pitney-Bowes pre-printing sample either for approval or handing out at trade shows.

The envelope(s) used could have been rejected by the F-B Co. for the reason noted. The slogan included fit the Clothing Company and may have been a sample for approval of the slogan slug.
