Can you be more specific?

If the question is regarding the 3 part meter imprint, such is not uncommon.

Opinion
Not common in my experience.
Have seen a few, still not aware how these are achieved from the machine.
Never seen it discussed.
(Not my cover)

Perhaps in this instance, the meter machine has a 2˝ pence value only,
and the sender typed in 18 pence value, and the machine obliges?
