I have been using this shipping program for a few weeks and so far I like it. It is different from the Global Shipping program and it is actually less expensive than USPS 1st Class International Package rates and it includes $100 of insurance.

I have gotten that message about shipping items to France that exceed $150 Euro and to do so you must apply for a VAT #. I would stop shipping to France before I get a VAT # but when I called ebay they assured me that if I used the ebay international standard delivery all my VAT requirements were covered.

If you ship Internationally from the US you might want to check it out.

Haven't heard about it until just now. I'll have to check it out. Living in Canada restricts ebay sellers because of shipping costs, sometimes.

I've used it numerous times. Print a label and off it goes. I have had no complaints from buyers.
