I came across these three stamps recently when going through some Korean stamps I had purchased. I believe they are Korean revenue stamps. Can anyone provide more information?

Korea, definitely. The country inscription is interesting in that it imitates the one used during Japanese occupation, except that it substitutes the character "min" (citizen). So my guess is that all are North Korean.

All postage stamps are completely inscribed in Korean characters/hangul so why not these?
