Google says this is from "Maqbara "mausoleum" Of H.H Nawab Shahjahan Begum"

This is a forgery of the 1889-90 stamps from the feudatory state of Bhopal, either Scott 33 0r 36. The genuine are better printed and have leaf designs in the corners and not squiggles.
