Found this while sorting through a pile of Postage Due stamps. Couldn't locate any info. Looks to be a Private Die stamp of some sort, but the "Duplicate" is throwing me.

Any help ID'ing would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is an American Rapid Telegraph Co. Office Coupon Stamp Scott Cat #1T13. It is punched and the 2022 Scott Cat Value punched is 25 Cents.

So, I guess the "Collect" stamp was attached to the message while the "Duplicate" stamp was retained as sort of a receipt. Learn something new every day!
