Help With France Cancellation

Having a tough time, about to give up for a bit,
Figured I'd ask if anyone has an idea?

Looks like a double ring.

The single ring dotted, could be
Date stamp, B4 without collection from French Offices abroad
Date stamp of distribution offices Type B4e
Both 1904-1905

(Highly unlikely)

There exists a dotted inner ring, stamps dated from the colonies 1864
eg Madagascar

I'm missing the African edition of the dallay set,(wasn't available when I got the rest)
Could explain why I'm having a hard time.
I'll double check with other examples

I doubt it, most are TANTANARIVE or TAMATAVE

Personally it is almost folly to try and ID such a poor PMK
Certainly pursue it, for personal reasons,
but try and get anyone else interested will fail.

One needs to get 40%-50% of a postmark to read, to be
probable for proof.

Certainly if it is giving you fun carry on

Your shady offering would suggest dotted inner ring,
most Madagascar I see are hyphens.

I do have a TANANARIVE (In Blue) No inner ring
...and with Hyphened Inner ring

Now I am seeing them evrywhere
