I went through each plate of the Die IIs and initially narrowed it down to plates 22, 24, 36 or 64.

I believe it's plate 24 but will happily be corrected!

probably a 139 postmark from Falkirk. I think I see part of the "1" at the left edge of the stamp

Note: This appears to be 1 of 2 cancellers from FALKIRK
(Both duplexes)
Circa 1881

1 with 3 bars above and below 139, and 1 with just 2 bars.

The datestamps are on the reverse, thus not a duplex.

indeed a 139, but yours differs from "just fella"
Yours is a 4-4-4-4 139 (New discovery for the database)
Just fellas, is a 3-0-0-3 Duplex Falkirk
