From memory if your stamp is cancelled after March 1862 there is a zero chance you have one of the pinks. Looks like an 1863 date so a common 65.

Don't use the date to determine the stamp. There are certified copies on cover postmarked 1863.

Both a 64 and 64b require a committee certification to know you are receiving the shade in question vs 65 look alike shade fake/mistake being held out as either pink or rose pink. That is the safest way to collect these two stamps in my view.
