I am not well versed on identifying these, but I am constantly amazed by the number of members well-versed in this issue. Any help is quite appreciated!

I say a type II. Breaks are not wide enough on top to be considered a IIIa. Type III must have breaks on both top and bottom

It's a Type IIIa, no doubt about it.

I agree with rgstamp and sinclair. Position 67L4 looks promising.

stallzer, don't beat yourself up! In this case the bottom ornaments clearly indicate Plate 4 (remnants of balls visible on both sides). The only Type II's on Plate 4 are found in the top row, and this is clearly not a top row relief. It is in fact a C Relief. The top break is definitely wide enough for a Type IIIA; the only question would be if the bottom break(s) qualify for Type III (they probably do not).

In my defense I was looking at the thread on my phone while drinking in a bar.

Thanks Dudley.
