I don't find a listing for these in Scott. If they are not fraudulent, I need a catalogue number and catalogue price. Thanks!

They're cut-outs from postal stationery - won't be in Scott, I don't suppose.

Those are cut-outs from wrappers and Yvert does not list cut-outs

I have a Michel catalogue of postal stationery, issued in 1986 so the prices are old and in Deutschmarks, but the basic information is that the 2 centime "Sower" design in olive green was only issued in a printed matter wrapper format (Streifbander in German) . It was issued in 1932 and Michel's price in 1986 was 3 DM unused and 90 pfennigs used, and that would of course have been for the entire item, not the cutout. Catalogue number is S21.
