Check Sc #1399 from 1978. This looks like a reproduction of some kind, though.

Looks like a ticket to enter some philatelic exhibition, strange though that they kept the value on the stamp (usually the tickets were non denominated)

Thanks to all, what I have is very similar to Sc PRC 1388, but with a different background and a different size relationship between the image and the border. I think it's a reproduction of some sort ...
