I was fortunate to win the Feb 'Frugal Philatelist' Stamp giveaway. When the stamps arrived I added several to my collection (Thanks Johnsim03). I thought it would be a good idea to put the remaining stamps back up as a free giveaway, with a little twist - For every stamp I took out I put in 3 of my own extras. I'd like to propose offering the new packet up for anyone who would like them.

When is the cut off for entries?Tuesday, March 8th.
After the cut off, a number will be assigned to each valid entry. A random number generator will determine the winner, who will be announced in this thread. I will also contact the winner via SCF messaging.
Remember, please enter only one time in this thread. It is perfectly
fine to enter on behalf of someone else (a new collector, for example)
but remember - enter only once and the packet comes to you if you win.
