Yes, as the others have said there are collectors for most everything in postal history, including RPOs. It sounds like your grandfather has made a nice starter collection and I hope that you will organize it and build on it so you will have that link to him. The good news is that RPO covers of this vintage are inexpensive, unless there is something very unusual about them. RPO covers of this vintage tend to sell in the 50 cents to $1 each when sold individually, or a bit less when sold in lots so you can build your collection at a very modest cost. If you decide to expand and go back into the earlier days of RPOs in the early 1900s and especially in the 1800s the prices go up for those, but many those are still very affordable. My suggestion is to go on
ebay and go to the Postal History category (it is in the STAMPS general category) and search "RPO covers" to get a general idea. Also, this can help you decide how to narrow down your RPO collecting interest since the field is very broad.
