After years of looking, I have finally discovered the double transfer on RO9c and two on the RO9d. I do not know which plate position this variety comes from, but I can state it is not present in my horizontal block of 48 from the right corner of the plate of RO 9d.
This is the double transfer on RO 9c.
This is the same double transfer on RO 9d.

The double transfer shows on the left 1/3+ of the stamp. There is an oval above the "E" in "AMERICAN" and another showing to the right of the oval in the upper left with some frame line doubling. Smaller doubling noted in the lower left corner under the "N" of "ONE". There are many areas of doubling noted in the first three letters in the four words in the central area of the stamp.
