Old Saudi Arabic Stamps

Dear sirs

You can find attached a picture of 2 saudi arabic stamps ( red ) with value 20 piastres .

I think they are notarial stamps

I could not find any stamps looking like them in any catalogue or websites .

Especialy they do not have an overprint .

All what I have found stamps with low value 1 and 2 piastres . And they are all have overprint .

I need any informations or catalogue picture .
