I was looking 1988 bw "ACSC" and see proofs were printed in black, red, green, violet and blue. Not sure if this provides any info or I'm just looking in the wrong place
The more I look at 1988 acsc pages c4, c5 and c6 I wonder Is it unusual for someone to reprint a version of dlrp.5 or dlrp.6 or dlrp.7 When the finally approved stamp is completely different?
