Alternate title:
Reuse the Joint (Issue) and Go To Jail.

On the new Canada self-adhesive joint issue between Canada and Israel shown below here, which is a very nice stamp by the way, on the back of the booklet of 6 stamps' cover there is a warning at the bottom.

This is the first time that I have seen such a warning myself. Perhaps it has been on booklets before and I didn't see the booklet or notice. Has anyone else seen similar warnings?

'It is unlawful to remove and attempt to reuse postage stamps.'

Stamp zoomed in and darkened to show the die cutting:
Note simulated tab at bottom to match the Israel issue. (I know londonbus1 posted a picture of the Israel stamp but I couldn't find it)
