Both perf 11
But can't get over the stark difference between both
Have read smarterstamp and assume type 610 but not sure
A little curious about curved perf at bottom of dull stamp.

The bottom stamp is stained/toned, and has adherences to the back (visible at right). The bottom perfs are very rough - many are simply missing - and the one 'curved perf' is either more of the same damage or possibly someone trying to 'reperf' the stamp, albeit incredibly crudely. As m&m said, this stamp has led a hard life.
