Do you mean the shifted Kangaroo image? Your stamp was printed in two press runs - in the second run the sheet was not perfectly positioned. This is a fairly common occurrence in early two-color stamp printing

Agree. Nothing special about Roo's placement on this example. Now, if it was too high or low by a significant amount, that would be something else.

The definitions for the highly-valued 'misplaced centre' litings in my ACSC had downward shifts of 3.5mm with the kangaroo's feet sitting equal with the top of the '5' and the tail down to the east of St Helens in Tassie. Yours is not misplaced to that extent.
