Hello all. I'm working through my German stamps. I believe I have Scott B154. Now I have similar designs- which are the 4 in the second picture. They are smaller in format and I do not believe they are from 1939-1941 on my Steiner page. Where are these listed in Scott? What am I missing? Thank you- and apologies if it is super obvious- I'm not sure why these are giving me trouble.
